2021 Bürgstadt Berg Weißburgunder VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, firm, deep and bright, somewhat smoky nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, vegetal to herbaceous tones and minerality reminiscent of mussel shells. Cool, polished and finely juicy, tart fruit, lively acidity and grip, smoky, rather light wood notes, persistent, mineral in the background, still undeveloped, decidedly tart type, has tension and depth, very good, firm finish.
