2019 Bürgstadt Berg Frühburgunder VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, polished and quite deep, delicately smoky aroma of red and a little black berries with a hint of cherries as well as peppery and tobacco traces. Fine, hardly developed, polished, almost cool fruit, very fine tannin, delicate smoky and toasty wood notes, herbs and a hint of pepper on the palate, persistent, fine vegetal and mushroom nuances, certain minerality, has polish, very good, firm, juicy and again still toasty finish. Definitely needs to mature.
