2017 Astheim Chardonnay trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light nutty notes on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, delicate floral and herbaceous traces, light mineral notes in the background. Firm, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very full-bodied, lively, elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, herbaceous and light nutty notes, prominent mineral notes, good persistence, still young, some bite on a very good, firm, fairly juicy finish.
