2008 Klingenberg Schloßberg Spätburgunder trocken Großes Gewächs, R, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, nutty and light toasted notes, peppery traces, red and a few black berries, dried herbs and a hint of tobacco. Firm, tart, juicy, ripe red and black fruit on the palate, hint of bacon, spicy and persistent, acid bite, salty mineral notes, ripe tannins provide firm grip, complex, full-bodied, but also has finesse, hint of tobacco and licorice, very good firm juicy, spicy finish.

Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, rote und wieder auch schwarze Beeren, nussige und holzwürzige Aromen, Trockenkräuternoten im Hintergrund, zarter Säurebiss und sehr feines Tannin, nachhaltig, griffig und salzig-mineralisch, gewisse Wärme, sehr guter, feinsaftiger, würziger und mineralischer Abgang.
