Clear, firm, almost cool scent with bright yellow fruity and delicate nutty aromas, as well as fine vegetal and herbal nuances and light wood notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweet fruit with nutty aromas and buttery melt, moderate, again bright barrel spices on the palate, very fine acidity, a hint of exoticism, possesses some alcohol warmth, but also cooling ethereal-herbal notes, chalk and salt in the background, a trace of smoke, very good, again sweet-juicy finish with a certain creaminess and simultaneously acidity bite. Gains structure and length with a lot of air.
