2022 Nordheim Kreuzberg Blauer Zweigelt trocken "Klassische Beere", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Lightly pickled, slightly nutty, leathery, and subtly roasted nose of dark berries and a hint of cherries with a touch of pepper, leather, and tobacco. Clear, herbaceous, juicy fruit with some bitter chocolate and nutty wood aromas, hinted cigar ash, and again leather, fine sandy tannin, some sustainability, a hint of coffee grounds, earthy and salty tones, very good finish.
