Slightly smoky, somewhat fresh-onion and herbaceous citrus-core fruit nose with nutty traces, celery, and pepper. Herb-juicy, rather bright fruit, again fresh-plant-like to herbaceous and reminiscent of spring onions, celery, and pepper, with a certain acidity bite, a grip of fine tannin, chalky-salty and somewhat stony minerality, lasting on the palate, medium strength, smoky nuances, a hint of cucumber, very good, again quite mineral and slightly peppery finish with a touch of yellow spice and dried mushrooms.

Editor note: Somewhat fresh, planty and slightly herbal aroma with bright yellow fruit and hints of floral aromas, mustard seeds and currants. Youthful, tart, fine-juicy fruit, clearly planty spice, nutty, delicately smoky and a hint of peppery tones, a little citrus zest in the background, also hints of blackcurrants, good substance and persistence, still undeveloped, mushroomy traces, certain minerality, very good, firm finish with a hint of saffron.
