Tart, somewhat dried planty to herbal and nutty aroma with restrained citrus and pome fruit aromas, floral traces, hints of wood and some minerality. Clear, juicy, relatively cool fruit, slightly smoky and nutty wood tones, herbal-vegetable aromas, a hint of celery, fine acidity, crumbly tannin, has power and melting, salty notes in the background, some warmth, very good finish with nutty wood, a little fennel, herbs and minerality.
