2018 Wiesenbronn Heller Berg Spätburgunder trocken "G", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Already somewhat developed, relatively firm, restrained nutty and tobacco aroma of ripe predominantly red berries with a hint of cassis, dried flowers, ash, pepper and nutty aromas. Tart fruit with peppery, salty and smoky notes, present, somewhat sandy, a hint of drying tannin, nutty tones, hints of pepper and juniper, relatively persistent on the palate, almondy and very slightly chocolaty hints, quickly seems a little more mature with air, lemony tones in the background, good to very good, slightly drying finish with salty notes.
