Translate to English Fester, herber, deutlich vegetabiler und noch eine Spur hefiger, eher kühler Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnuancen, erdig-mineralischen Anklängen und floralen Spuren. Reife, fest gewirkte, saftige Frucht, wieder nussig-hefige Töne, ganz leicht florale und dunkelbeerige Aromen am Gaumen, feine Säure, viel Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, kreidige, leicht rauchige und deutlich salzige Noten, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, wirkt noch immer erstaunlich jung, sehr guter, fester Abgang.
