2021 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fresh, bright, somewhat friable core and stone fruit nose with some exoticism, yeasty aromas, floral nuances and a little red berries. Bright fruit also in the mouth, yeasty and chalky tones, very fine acidity, restrained grip, certain persistence, a trace of red and black berries, delicate, sweet melting, some salt, good, very slightly rough finish.
