Fairly mature and somewhat tart nose, prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, slightly muted, earthy notes, hint of bacon, slightly rustic style, good persistence, fairly good creamy finish, delicately sweet with phenolic and buttery notes.
