Im Mund vegetabile, fast salzige Noten, teilweise eingemachtes Kernobst, Zitrus und Holunder, pflanzlich-würzige und leicht erdige Töne, passende Säure, nicht sehr tief, ordentlicher, etwas bitterlicher Abgang.
