Cool, delicately yeasty and clearly vegetal to herbaceous peach-citrus nose with a hint of gooseberries. Polished, delicately sweet, clearly smoky fruit, vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of tobacco notes, nutty barrel tones, lively acidity and plenty of grip from crumbly tannins, persistent, clear, stony minerality, very good, quite tart finish.
