Dried herbs on the nose, yellow fruit, touch of celeryand mustard seed, fairlyprominent mineral notes. Restrained, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, becomes more juicy with aeration, vegetal, herbaceous and light yeasty notes, tart mineral notes in the background, elegant acidity, good persistence, light tannic grip, hint of dark berries in the background, slightly creamy, some dfepth, firm, juicy, mineral finish.
