Somewhat planty, spicy, nutty and hint of mushroomy pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, hint of red berries. Slender, slightly sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of citrus zest and cassis, lively acidity, has a grip of crumbly tannin, a certain persistence, salty tones, a little smoky, good finish with a hint of hibiscus and cinnamon.
