Planty to slightly herbaceous, somewhat yeasty and a hint of smokiness with bright, somewhat apple-like yellow fruity aromas. Slightly muted, delicately sweet, restrained fruit, suitable acidity and a little drying tannin, nutty hints, a touch of rock candy, good to very good, again slightly drying finish.
