Firm, clearly yeasty and slightly bacony aroma with herbal and tart red berry as well as delicate floral notes. Ripe, sweetish fruit with yeasty and slightly nutty aromas, very fine acidity, delicate grip, some melting, good persistence, vegetal nuances, good to very good, again a little sweet finish with smoky tones
