Still a little restless and reductive, vegetal scent of partly candied yellow fruits with yeasty nuances, hints of light flowers and a little radish and rubber. Sweet, youthful, again undeveloped fruit, lively acidity, yeasty and vegetal flavours, some grip, good persistence, smoky-reductive nuances, hints of floral and black berry in the background, quite clear minerality, again a touch of radish, also tones reminiscent of rubber, very good, firm, delicately smoky finish. Must mature
