2021 Hochheim Hölle Riesling trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat herbal, light citrus stone fruit nose with floral traces and minerality. Again bright, not completely dry fruit with yeasty and slightly herbal notes, a little nutty in the background, still slightly muted, fine acidity, some substance and persistence, quite clear mineral spiciness, still undeveloped, good to very good finish with a hint of fresh butter.
