Somewhat smoky-reductive, nutty, floral and dried-herbal scent of yellow fruits and mustard pickles with slightly mushroomy and bacony aromas. Ripe, slightly warm fruit with some sweet melting and smoky-roasty wood notes, fine acidity, slightly drying tannin, some persistence, sage, tobacco and white pepper in the background, a little loud style, good to very good, just a little warm alcohol finish.
