Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal, nutty and fine-vegetable nose of light yellow fruit with light smoky notes and a hint of pepper, capers and olives. Clear, juicy citrus fruit with a delicate melt, a hint of artichokes and celery, lively acidity, light tannin grip, some persistence, salty minerality, algae and hints of light wood in the background, very good, slightly smoky-roasted finish.
