Somewhat vegetable and nutty, also slightly yeasty fragrance with rather tart pome fruit aromas. Nutty and vegetable also in the mouth, yeasty nuances, a hint of smoke, fine acidity, somewhat covering and drying tannin, earthy and chalky nuances, certain persistence, good to very good, tart, slightly drying finish
