Surprisingly cool, somewhat planty to herbaceous, hint of ethereal and also slightly floral nose with polished white and yellow fruity aromas. Clear, finely juicy, again almost cool, rather tart fruit, slightly nutty, planty, floral and smoky tones, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, mineral hints, a little savoury in the background, very good finish.
