Firm, somewhat nutty, tobacco and yellow-spicy aroma of partly crumbly yellow fruit and carrots with a hint of aniseed and dried flowers. Polished, tart, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of salted caramel and hazelnut, lively acidity, has a grip of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, spicy oak notes in the background, some depth, chalky minerality, very good to long, tart finish with a hint of mocha.
