Somewhat earthy, tobacco, nutty, bacon and vegetal to dried herbaceous notes on the nose, some crunchy yellow fruit with a hint of yellow spice and yeast. Clear, firm citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of lichen and dried mushrooms, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, bread crust and hints of candied ginger in the background, very good finish with bite.
