2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Kranachberg Leitn Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Gut-Kaspar, natural", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, somewhat spicy, nutty, rooty-vegetable and yeasty aroma of partly crumbly yellow fruit with a hint of dried flowers, allspice and a hint of sea buckthorn. Clear, juicy, firm fruit with a hint of butter, tobacco and turmeric, lively, yet fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, some depth, hints of coffee and dried mushrooms, salty and almost stony minerality, very good, firm finish with nuances reminiscent of popcorn and brittle.
