2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Jägerberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly firm, somewhat vegetal, nutty and mushroomy nose, yellow fruit with a hint of gooseberries, butter and meadow herbs. Polished, slightly warm fruit with a hint of dark berries and root vegetables, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, slightly sweetish melting, chalky and salty tones, certain alcohol warmth, very good, rather soft, a hint of buttery finish.
