2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Hoch Kranachberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, firm, somewhat herbal, nutty and a hint of yeasty aroma with citrus and stone fruit notes as well as a hint of fine root vegetables and tobacco. Polished, firm fruit with cool juice and delicately creamy, lively acidity, has some grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, quite clear minerality, hints of lemon verbena and mussel shells, very good, slightly sweetish-melting finish with a hint of butter and herbal spice.
