2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc Klassik trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Relatively cool, somewhat herbal apple-citrus scent with white-fruity, floral and yeasty traces. Tart, restrained fruit, planty and again a little nutty-hearty tones, suitable acidity, slightly drying tannin, certain persistence, delicately creamy, mineral hints, good to very good, relatively firm finish with green-vegetable and nutty as well as delicately bitterish-tobacco flavours.
