Clear, quite fine and relatively cool pome fruit-citrus nose with planty to herbaceous and nutty aromas. Polished, fine juicy, melting fruit, very fine acidity, nutty and very delicate yeasty tones, again also planty notes in the background, delicate tannin grip, some warmth and melting, some depth, good persistence and substance, mineral hints, a hint of smoke, very good finish.
