Cool, somewhat planty to herbaceous, nutty and hints of mushroom on the nose, yellow fruit with light smoky and fine vegetal aromas. Clear fruit with a slightly sweetish mellowness, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, some persistence, nut butter and fennel in the background, salty and chalky tones, very good finish.
