Firm, very slightly developed, herbaceous, a little asparagus-like scent with restrained yellow and white fruit aromas, a hint of green beans and earthy-mineral notes. Ripe, melting, very slightly warm fruit, very fine acidity, vegetal flavours on the palate, delicate grip, persistent, good substance and some depth, mineral hints, a touch of peppers and black berries, nutty traces and hints of wax, very good finish.

Editor note: Tart, cool and polished white, yellow and also slightly green fruity aroma with fresh herbal and delicate floral aromas. Ripe, clear, quite polished fruit, very fine acidity, tart herbal-vegetable aromas, a little reminiscent of laurel, black berry tones in the background, good persistence, some grip, firm structure, good depth, certain minerality, restrained power, quite complex, nutty hints, very good, again firm finish with some warmth
