Quite cool, herbal nose with restrained yellow and green fruity notes, hints of white pepper and mineral tones. Firmly woven, tart fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, again quite cool character, herbal notes and clear, bright looking minerality, some depth, very good, firm finish with tart juice and spice.
