2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Kranachberg Rottriegl Morillon trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Somewhat ethereal-herbal, nutty and slightly mushroomy aroma of yellow fruit with fine vegetal flavours and nuances reminiscent of salt lemon and meadow flowers. Ripe, firm fruit with delicately creamy, lively, yet fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, certain depth, nutty and smoky wood tones in the background, hints of bacon, chalky minerality, has strength, very good, somewhat warm finish.
