Cool, vegetal and somewhat charcoal-vegetable nose with citrus and pome fruit notes, yeasty tones and hints of mushrooms. Ripe, somewhat warm, sweetish fruit, yeasty, vegetal and melon notes, moderate, medium-fine mousseux, some persistence, slight warmth, a little flowing contours, implied yellow spice and a hint of fennel, good to very good, again somewhat warm and delicately sweet finish.
