2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Kranachberg Morillon Reserve trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, firm and deep, somewhat nutty, plummy and hinted at bacony stone fruit scent with a hint of dried herbs and light mineral tones. Bright, fine-juicy fruit with delicate melting, very fine, lively acidity, nutty tones in the background, light wood and a trace of laurel, some ripe tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, certain depth, hints of olive oil, chalky and earthy minerality, again some light wood in the very good finish
