Firm, tart, clearly planty, a hint of yeast and a hint of bacon on the nose, with quite cool green and yellow fruity notes, floral nuances and clear minerality. Clear, ripe, polished, quite juicy fruit with green-vegetal spice and traces of yeast, very fine, lively acidity, delicate touch, floral nuances, persistent on the palate, good substance and some depth, minerality in the background, certain melt, very good, firm, quite juicy finish with fine green-vegetal aromas

Editor note: Cool nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral notes, green berries and yellow fruit, hint of bell peppers, some elderflower, lemon verbena and bay leaf, mineral notes. Firm, juicy, yellow and green fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, but also has grip, hint of avocado, some bay leaf, white flowers and elderflowers, some depth, prominent mineral notes, light nutty oak in the background, ethereal spicy vegetal notes, very good, juicy, mineral notes.
