Cool, clearly vegetable to herbaceous, floral, yeasty and a trace of iodine pome fruit scent with citrus nuances. Juicy, youthful fruit, fine green-vegetable aromas, again also yeasty tones, fine mousseux and a little bite, but also enamel, herbal notes and floral tones on the palate, a touch of exoticism, lasting, good substance and some depth, very good, juicy, slightly creamy finish
