Clear, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, spicy vegetal notes, elegant acidity, still slightly muted by tannins, good persistence and substance, fairly creamy, light nutty and floral traces, some more mineral notes, grippy, still undeveloped, very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
