Fairly prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light nutty and floral notes, hint of mushrooms, yellow fruit, peppery traces, hint of bacon. Straightforward, fairly tart but also delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, buttery traces, lively, elegant acidity, some yellow spice, fairly good persistence, light salty notes, some bite on a good finish.
