Translate to English Kräuterwürzige und vegetabile Nase mit Noten von eingemachtem und kandiertem Kernobst, etwas Mango und zartem Frostton. Am Gaumen eher kompakt, geradlinige, kandierte gelbe Frucht mit Anklängen an Birne und kühlen Kräuternoten, auch angedeutet vegetabil, ganz leicht flüchtig im Hintergrund, schmelzige Süße und balancierende, leicht zitronige Säure, mittelkräftig, zeigt Herkunft und trotz des hohen Prädikates auch etwas Sortencharakter, sehr guter Abgang.
