Cool, finely vegetal, still slightly yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with a hint of mushrooms, gratinated oysters and floral traces. Ripe, polished, juicy, slightly melting fruit, restrained, nutty and smoky barrel tones, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, has warm and cool elements, yet no heaviness, fine vegetal tones, chalky-salty minerality in the background, excellent balance, very good finish with a certain tension.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
