Delicately yeasty, hint of smoky and clearly vegetal nose with light pome fruit aromas, earthy traces and restrained floral nuances. Youthful, tart fruit, slightly smoky and delicately nutty tones, very fine acidity, yeasty traces, light vegetal tones on the palate, chalky and earthy in the background, a certain mellowness, persistent, still rather undeveloped, good to very good finish.
