Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hint of bacon flavour with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and a hint of butter. Clear, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit with a hint of redcurrants and dried mushrooms, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky tones, has bite, very good finish with nuances reminiscent of delicate root vegetables.
