Relatively cool, somewhat smoky, bacony, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of root vegetables and red berries. Clear, juicy, not quite dry fruit with a hint of nut butter, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of fennel and dark berries, lemony tones, barrel wood in the background, salty and chalky tones, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
