Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, vegetable to herbal, and subtly smoky aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of root vegetables. Clear, completely dry fruit with a bit of richness, a touch of dark berries and hinted fennel, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, lemon verbena and yellow spice in the background, slightly smoky wood notes, salty tones, hinted butter in the very good finish.
