Quite firm, nutty pome fruit aroma with planty to slightly herbal flavours and a hint of nutmeg. Tart, juicy, quite firm and dense fruit with nutty and herbal flavours, a hint of smoke and a lot of salt, lively acidity, grip of ripe tannin, persistent, certain depth, almondy tones, very good, again firm, juicy and spicy finish. First-class Müller.
