Cool and fine, still somewhat yeasty, also smoky nose with fresh green-vegetable notes reminiscent of rocket and celery, light yellow-fruity aromas, hints of almonds and chalky-mineral nuances. Firm, juicy, bright fruit with smoky, yeasty and almondy-nutty spice, fine vegetal spiciness on the palate, also a little pepper, good persistence and some depth, citrus zest in the background, chalky-salty minerality, very good, fine-juicy, quite firm finish with grip, lemony nuances and romanesco.
