Cool and reserved, quite fine fragrance with citrus and pome fruit aromas, vegetal nuances, yeast, hints of mushrooms and phenolic tones. Clear, fine fruit with nutty, yeasty and planty notes, very fine acidity, phenolic grip on the palate, persistent, good substance and delicately creamy, a hint of citrus zest, chalky and salty tones, very good, juicy and nutty finish.
